To drive stronger accessory attachment and elevate the in-store shopping experience, Tempur Sealy challenged LAM to design the next generation of Adapt and Breeze pillow and sheets packaging with a clear, benefit-led system that visually connects to the mattresses they complement.
LAM’s solution is a forward-looking packaging and merchandising system that defines distinct benefit territories while unifying the accessory and mattress experience through cohesive visual language. Rooted in strategic messaging and infographic exploration, the system equips retail teams with intuitive selling tools and modular mock-ups—enabling seamless storytelling across displays.
The new design has helped strengthen the brand’s retail presence, supporting continued sales growth and deeper consumer engagement in the retail channel.
