This is a great opportunity for a personable, energetic and highly organized account executive to help manage client relationships for an amazing portfolio of national and global brands. You’ll work with team members from every discipline within our agency, including our account, design and production departments, to create compelling brand and packaging campaigns that drive growth.



  • – Lead client meetings and deal with all clients confidently and professionally
  • – Take ownership for the quality of work, deadlines and keeping work ‘on brief’
  • – Listen carefully to clients, manage their expectations and deliver against agreed timings
  • – Run internal project review meetings
  • – Proactively plan and organize to ensure projects run smoothly and requirements are anticipated ahead of time
  • – Create and develop long-term client relationships, with frequent relevant communication
  • – Develop clear, simple and inspiring design briefs
  • – Write detailed meeting notes summarizing discussions to document activity and actions
  • – Develop timelines and track projects to coordinate project deliverables and due dates
  • – Assist in preparation of PowerPoint creative presentations to clients
  • – Proofread all creative work before releasing to client to ensure quality control
  • – Positively influence and actively support all teams, facilitating team-working, great communication, good organization and a feeling of involvement and shared responsibility


  • – Assist in the financial administration of projects – write proposals/estimates, coordinate invoicing and oversee billing
  • – Take responsibility for sales and revenue prediction and for monthly billing
  • – Oversee budgets comparing cost reports against approved fees and expenses.


  • – Work and communicate in ways that support and respect the creative process and contribute to high quality thinking at the start of projects and high-quality executions at the end
  • – Conduct retail audits and gather competitive information within in-store environment and analyze research data
  • – Participate in pre-creative strategy development and research as requested
  • – Actively participate in internal design reviews and brainstorming sessions, offering thoughtful opinions and ideas
  • – Coordinate with social media team to continue to build out LAM’s online presence


  • – Demonstrate passion about the client’s business and develop a good understanding of their organization, the brand, the market, the competition and the issues
  • – Identify new opportunities for cross-selling LAM Design and extending relationships


  • – Identify opportunities for new business, based on networking and intelligence gathering
  • – Support in preparing new business presentations and proposals under the direction of a more senior team members
  • – Use social media, for example, LinkedIn and Facebook, to build networks and share professional information


  • – 5+ years of relevant agency experience
  • – College graduate with bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, liberal arts, art history, or business
  • – Passionate about being on the leading edge of brands, marketing, and design
  • – Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • – Solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • – Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • – Strategically minded and mature approach to problem-solving with “can-do” attitude.

We are seeking a highly organized, technically proficient junior to mid-level Illustrator-based print production artist with strong PowerPoint presentation design skills. Must have experience in print production, mechanical preparation and PowerPoint design ideally gained from working at recognized agencies on large projects across a variety of CPG categories including Household, Food, Beverage, OTC, Personal Care, Paper, DIY, etc.


Print Production & Presentation Design

  • – Work independently, as well as collaboratively, in development of the highest quality reproduction-ready artwork for major retail packaging assignments
  • – Spearhead collaborations with creative, account management and production teams in design and construction of professional high-quality PowerPoint based new business and creative client presentations
  • – Assist senior-level production designers and managers with development of branding and design visuals. Effectively interpret and execute requests from designers in development of creative and conceptual artwork
  • – Excel at a variety of stages in the production process, including adaptation of creative concept artwork, execution of internal and client revisions, adaptive design, and development of print-ready mechanical artwork, including production of multiple SKU variants
  • – Create starter design files in appropriate software program
  • – Understand and uphold brand standards

Other Responsibilities

  • – Clerical and organizational assistance to production and account management teams
  • – Photoshop-based retouching and image manipulation
  • – Assist in preparation of 3-D packaging comps and product illustrations
  • – Assist account executives in development of marketing and other external communications
  • – Layout of InDesign-based guideline and style guide documents
  • – Assist in development of LAM promotional and selling material


Design & Technical Skills

  • – Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Adobe Illustrator-based print production
  • – Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator & MS PowerPoint in Mac OS environment
  • – Strong working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office suite
  • – Web design, UX design, WordPress, Cinema 4D and/or Strata experience a big plus
  • – Solid working understanding of layout, type and color
