PACKAGE REDESIGN | THE FRENCH’S FOOD COMPANY
With consumers defecting to private label mustards, French’s needed to get shoppers to reconsider their choice. LAM’s job was to redesign the packaging system to support a more natural, healthy and premium image. We did this by moving to paper label substrates and leveraging more authentic textures and colors. Since the brand competes in three segments, we established distinctive sub-line identities and created unique die cut labels to further differentiate the lines. To maintain family unity we prominently positioned the French’s masterbrand logo atop the labels.
